Florentine Gloves guarantees satisfaction with each purchase. If you have ordered the wrong size gloves, Florentine Gloves will exchange your unworn gloves for the right size. Unworn, unstretched gloves may be exchanged for another size. Cost of reshipping the correct size gloves will be charged to your account. Gloves should be mailed with the original packing within ten (10) days of receipt of your original order to:
